AXIS Role
Beach Restaurant is a minimal dining pavilion positioned directly on the shoreline, organised around a single clear axis facing the sea. A deep roof overhang and full-height glazing define a calm indoor-outdoor relationship, with simple circulation for guests and staff. The design prioritises durable materials, practical service flow, and buildable structural clarity suited to coastal conditions.
AXIS brought clarity to a complex institutional scope. Their documentation improved review discussions and reduced uncertainty during delivery.
On a public-realm project, AXIS coordinated stakeholders with discipline and delivered a buildable outcome aligned with the intended user experience.
